If this is your first time placing an order on Hadibest Super Store:
- A customer account will automatically be created for you.
- A Welcome Email containing your login details will be sent to your email address.
- You can use those login details to access your Customer Dashboard.
- Inside your dashboard, you will be able to view your orders, track order progress, view delivery updates, and view delivery officer information when your order is Out for Delivery.
As your order progresses, you will receive email notifications for:
- Processing
- Shipped
- Out for Delivery
- Order Completed
When your order is Out for Delivery, the assigned delivery officer's contact details will also be sent to your email and displayed in your customer dashboard.
Please ensure that your email address is correct and monitor your inbox (including Spam/Junk folders) for updates.
